Role Overview
- OP plan review / confirmation
- Carrier / supplier pattern audit
- ICR SharePoint Process
- Carrier / supplier pattern audit
- Identify Inventory reduction opportunities/efficiencies at respective plants
- Assist plants to execute flawless launch/balance out – support implementation and execution of balance out preparation actions and launch activities
- Facilitate RIA training and knowledge sharing, promote advanced learning and innovation
- Work with Operations Planning to ensure process documentation is standardized
Requirements
- Functional understanding of CMMS Inventory transactions and inventory business practices and supporting systems.
- Strong leadership behaviors, with a systemic process-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with SAP
- Experience with CMMS3 Data/Datamart or other Data Analytical Tools
- Strong supply chain, supplier performance and/or plant experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
