Develop and execute targeted strategies to attract and secure new clients, with a primary emphasis on expanding revenue streams.
Conduct outreach efforts, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Cultivate and strengthen client relationships, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and increased revenue potential.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current client base.
Collaborate with operational teams to assess and improve field resource allocation.
Develop and implement initiatives to increase field capacity, ensuring timely service delivery.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to uncover industry trends, competitor strategies, and new revenue-generating opportunities.
Provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve defined revenue targets.
Prepare tailored presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
Track sales performance metrics and client engagement, adjusting strategies as needed.
Regularly report on KPIs, particularly those related to sales & revenue targets, to senior management.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align business development activities with overall company objectives.
Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work-related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
Requirements
A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience, ideally within sales or business development roles.
Proven experience within the Dental Service Organization (DSO) industry.
Demonstrated fluency in English is required.
Strong familiarity with the Dental markets, with the ability to engage prospects across these regions.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Aligner experience is a plus.
A university degree is preferred.
