Drive revenue by identifying, qualifying, and securing new opportunities
Maintain current and accurate records of sales activity, pipeline development, and forecasts in the CRM system
Generate and maintain sufficient pipeline through prospecting and outreach
Identify potential clients through research, inbound inquiries, and strategic outbound efforts
Partner with marketing on digital marketing support
Engage decision-makers in industries impacted by fraud, presenting FraudAction Services as the ideal solution
Establish a trusted advisor relationship to achieve customer goals to purchase FraudAction Services
Exceed activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities added, and revenue/sales targets
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Gather feedback from clients to influence product development and strategy

Proven track record of success in inside sales or account executive roles
Experience in selling to B2B clients, with knowledge of fraud prevention tools a plus
Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with Portuguese a plus
Ability to manage a full sales cycle and work under pressure of a quota
Strong communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written
Proficient in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and sales automation tools
Familiarity with fraud detection, cybersecurity solutions, or related technology is advantageous
Understanding industry compliance and best practices for fraud prevention
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
