Senior Capital Markets Assistant – Sales/Trade SWAP

Role Overview

• Assists with complex capital markets transactions and supports the assigned sales/trading team
• provides high quality customer service with respect to client inquiries, transaction support, reporting and database management
• Executing assigned responsibilities proactively with a high degree of autonomy
• Processes or coordinates corporate and institutional client requests for the purchase or sale of capital markets products
• Acts as primary liaison between front office and operations team for the sales/trading desk
• Performs administrative and support tasks for a sales/trading team
• Tracks client documentation and trade settlement processes
• Develops a working knowledge of the products and capabilities of the assigned business
• Provides support for client relationships and ensures consistency and continuity in their support role
• Acts as first point of escalation for client services requests to provide an enhanced customer experience
• Training and providing job-related guidance on processes, products, and clients to junior members of the team
