Requirements
4–6 years of experience in a marketing, branding or communications department with hands-on experience in content and visual design role, ideally in a global enterprise (B2B services or digital/tech experience preferred)
Strong portfolio showcasing short‑format content paired with compelling digital, video, and presentation design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and video tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Strong grasp of layout, color theory, typography, and user‑centered visual design principles, with the ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging content.
Excellent communication, collaboration, creativity, and end‑to‑end ownership.
Demonstrated openness to learning new tools, design technologies, and content formats.
Bachelor’s degree in design, Multimedia, Communications, or related field
