Role Overview
- Deliver training sessions, pre-sales demonstrations, and support during the production rollout phase
- Assist the PMO during the project phase
- Support and troubleshoot for users
- Contribute to the product’s continuous improvement
- Write and update documentation and training materials
Requirements
- Payroll expert with multi-collective-agreement experience and 6–10 years of experience in a consultancy firm
- Strong teaching skills and a genuine customer-focused mindset are essential
- Familiarity with market payroll software is a plus
