Drive CEO special projects end-to-end: define problem statements, scope work, set milestones, coordinate stakeholders and team members, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Establish AI-first workflows (e.g., agentic automations, data pipelines) in collaboration with Product and Software Development to enhance Vico operations and our platform.
Pilot and operationalize the “AI agent” role within Vicos; document learnings and scale playbooks.
Support partnership exploration: research targets, prepare outreach materials, analyze strategic fit, and help bootstrap pilot collaborations.
Prepare concise analyses and decision memos for the CEO (market scans, business cases, OKRs) and track execution against company priorities.
Orchestrate cross-functional sprints that translate strategy into product and operational changes; ensure risks, dependencies, and communications are managed.
Build dashboards to monitor KPIs for your projects; communicate business impact, extract insights and propose next steps and follow-up initiatives.

University degree with strong academic results.
Professional experience demonstrating high standards, whether through initial employment, entrepreneurial initiatives, or internships is a plus.
Ideally, this experience is in professional services (e.g., consulting, legal, finance) and is related to technology, including AI.
Intensive experience using AI tools and a strong interest in the evolution of AI.
Excellent communication skills – you will interact with many people daily.
Comfortable initiating phone calls and speaking directly with stakeholders.
Strong team spirit and the ability to engage internally and externally with people across tech, sales, services, and finance.
Excellent German and English (the DACH region remains our home market while we expand internationally).
