Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process for assigned job openings
Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including business leadership, HR generalists, global recruitment colleagues etc. to ensure the utilization of a suite of sourcing strategies to hire diverse talents
Source candidates based upon a broad-based strategy with a focus on direct sourcing
Lead the recruitment transformation efforts and implementation of process change for Central America and strive for best practice as a team
Ensure recruitment technology is fit-for-purpose and enables efficient execution of the talent acquisition strategy
Continue to build and develop hiring analytics that track effectiveness of recruitment efforts and quality of hire and help shape the sourcing strategy
Manage and maintain active communication with candidates once they have entered our process; exit candidates professionally if they do not meet requirements
Requirements
An experienced Recruiter with at least 5 years’ experience and who has managed regional recruitment in Latin America mainly in Central America recruiting across Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica and Nicaragua
Must have gravitas and the ability to change gears at short notice and adapt to fast changing environments
A specialist who has enthusiasm and collaborates effectively within a matrix organization to support continuous improvement of processes and future talent strategies
Strong understanding of the cultural nuances within Central America (Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica and Nicaragua) in order to influence appropriately
Experience in utilizing a wide range of technology, tools and concepts in order to attract diverse talent
Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data to tell a story and set future strategy
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field preferred
5 years of full life cycle recruitment experience (desirable).
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) with the ability to speak, read and write fluently in both languages. Portuguese a plus.
Ability to manage and ongoing requisition load of 20-30 openings
Significant experience consulting with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
Strong business acumen and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
Demonstrated direct sourcing/cold calling experience
