Partner with strategic relationships to identify businesses and opportunities either directly or through RFP.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client and prospective client stakeholders.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing methods to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job profiles and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Experience in recruiting, sales, or client acquisition (B2B or agency preferred).
Minimum of 2 years Agency/Staffing experience.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Ashby preferred, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
Prior experience with job fairs, campus recruiting, and/or military hiring events.
