Role Overview
- Define the vision, roadmap, and features for speech technology
- Understand clinician workflows, pain points, and documentation needs
- Partner with engineering to build intuitive, reliable documentation experiences
- Ensure solutions function seamlessly within EHR environments like Epic, Cerner, and Meditech
- Establish key performance indicators to measure success
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management
- Strong record of driving feature development in Healthtech
- 10+ years of leadership experience
- Deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows and healthcare product management
- Relevant certifications in product management or Healthtech are desirable.
