Lead and mentor a team of Business, Product, and/or Marketing Analysts (minimum of 2 direct reports).
Own and drive analytical frameworks to support business, product, and marketing decisions.
Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and experiments, translating results into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into simple, clear insights and recommendations for senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure high analytical standards, data accuracy, and clear insight communication.
Contribute hands-on analysis while setting best practices and analytical direction for the team.
Requirements
Background from Gaming, Gambling, E-commerce, or Fintech industries.
7+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst.
At least 2 years of experience managing analysts, leading a team of at least 2 Business / Product / Marketing Analysts.
Strong, proven experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Academic degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business mindset.
