Define and own the brand identity, ensuring a consistent and empathetic voice that resonates with patients managing chronic, complex conditions.
Lead a complete overhaul of the House Rx website to better reflect our technical maturity and serve multiple stakeholders
Work closely with the commercial and customer success team to make sure our customer-facing materials tell the House Rx story in a compelling and consistent way
Provide oversight and strategic leadership to our Director of Events to make sure House Rx’s presence at conferences and other events has a high ROI
Develop high-quality content to establish House Rx as the clear thought leader in Medically Integrated Dispensing (including peer-reviewed journal contributions that serve as durable tools for commercial teams)
Oversee PR efforts to secure earned media in healthcare and tech publications
Systematically publish research, benchmarks, and trend analyses to defend the clinical/operational value of the MID model
Partner with the People team to drive recruiting marketing efforts and craft employee experiences that drive culture and commitment
Requirements
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role within HealthTech
Proven ability to build & lead a marketing function from the ground up in a fast-paced, 'series A or B' environment
Understanding of the sensitivities surrounding PBMs, Payors, and medically integrated dispensing is a plus
Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
