About this role

Drive delivery against a multi-phase roadmap (design, build, UAT, stabilisation)
Manage cross-functional teams spanning Salesforce, data migration, integration, and infrastructure
Ensure bilingual (Mandarin/English) delivery standards across documentation, workshops, and communications
Proactively manage risks related to time zone, language, and cross-border collaboration
Lead governance forums, including steering committees and executive reporting
Support communication related to test strategy and go/no-go readiness
Support communication related to cutover planning, rehearsal cycles, and production migration execution
Manage stakeholder expectations across Salesforce, Alibaba Cloud, and client teams

8+ years of project/programme management experience in enterprise SaaS implementations
Proven track record delivering Salesforce implementations or migrations
Experience with large-scale data migration and integration-heavy programmes
Demonstrated experience delivering in distributed, cross-border teams
Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive structured execution
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and release management pipelines
