5+ years of experience in a Product Management role in a healthcare environment
Strong generalist product skill set spanning discovery, UX thinking, data analysis, and execution
Proven bias for action, with a track record of shipping, learning, and iterating quickly
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and bringing structure where needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong intuition for good UX, with a pragmatic approach focused on what works rather than polish
A daily user of AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, analysis, and writing
Strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to think and act like a founder.
