Ownership of our finance and performance reporting and the continuous development of our KPI structure
Preparation of cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning, as well as support with financing, grant programs and financial simulations
Monthly performance reporting including analysis of key business metrics and derivation of recommended actions
Forecasting and budget planning (forecast & budget) in close collaboration with the business units
Business partnering with our department heads – analyzing performance, identifying potential and developing measures
Preparation of business cases, investment calculations and profitability analyses to support strategic decisions
Further development of our controlling tools and data structures
Support for monthly reporting and preparatory work for annual financial statements

At least 2 years of professional experience in controlling, finance or a comparable analytical environment (e.g., consulting, corporate finance, start-up/scale-up)
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Analytical mindset and strong numerical understanding
Ability to present complex interrelationships clearly and understandably
Confident presence and strong communication skills
Hands-on mentality and a structured, independent working style
Very good Excel skills and experience analyzing larger datasets
Experience with BI tools or reporting systems is a plus
