Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Overview

• Hold an accelerator role in delivering high-quality, equitable, and efficient hiring practices
• Partner with Multiplier’s teams to place top talent in their areas
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for select searches
• Serve as the primary owner of recruiting systems, tools, and processes
• Ensure a consistent, human-centered candidate experience

Requirements

• 3+ years proven work experience in recruitment, preferably with a mission-driven organization
• Outstanding client/customer-service orientation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ATS software, preferably Pinpoint
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively to solve complex issues
• Ability to act in a compassionate and professional manner
