About this role

Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and draft/post job ads on job boards, social media, and the company career site.
Actively source candidates via databases, LinkedIn, and other channels; pre-screen CVs based on key criteria.
Conduct initial phone/online interviews and provide timely feedback to hiring managers.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders, keeping candidates informed throughout the process.
Support the offer process, collect hiring information, and work with the operations team to finalize recruitment.
Participate in employer branding activities, including career days, events, and social media initiatives.

BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Social Sciences; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and comfort using HR systems.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
