Monitor the publication of tender notices and contract award announcements
Qualify bid dossiers in coordination with internal teams (managers, subject-matter experts, sales)
Lead responses to tenders/RFPs: manage the process, mobilize contributors, define the schedule, and track deadlines
Draft the technical and administrative sections of proposals
Contribute to defining target pricing with the sales and finance teams
Contribute to the development of Kisio’s marketing expertise (tools, methods, market intelligence...)
Support the continuous improvement of processes and sales materials
Participate in internal commercial activities (training, dissemination of key information, lessons learned)
Take part in cross-functional discussions on the evolution of Kisio’s service offering (market studies, definition of new services, commercial action plans...)
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in marketing or equivalent
Proven experience in responding to tenders/RFPs in a multi-client environment
Proficient with IT tools, notably PowerPoint, Excel and generative AI tools
Attentive, curious, challenge-driven, a team player with strong interpersonal skills
