As an Oracle Cloud CX Lead Consultant (OFS/TOA), you’ll help clients address enterprise resource planning needs using Oracle Field Service (OFS/TOA).
This team supports clients in optimizing work and resource management through Oracle and industry‑specific solutions.
Travel to client sites is required up to 25% of the time.

Bachelor’s degree;
3 to 5 years of experience with OFS;
Extensive experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (TOA), including hands-on functional configuration and/or technical development;
Experience leading at least 1 implementation;
Demonstrated proficiency in designing, building, testing, and deploying mobility solutions aligned with business and operational needs;
Proven ability to design, implement, and support business processes within mobile field service environments;
Strong capability in identifying and addressing client needs while delivering high‑quality solutions;
Ability to build and maintain effective, trust-based client relationships;
Skilled at delivering concise and actionable requests for information;
Proactive communication of potential issues or conflicts to supervisors or project leadership;
Ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders in an organized, clear, and knowledgeable manner;
Self-motivated with the ability to plan work effort and manage priorities;
Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers. Extra edge
