Role Overview
- Gather and challenge hiring needs with managers, then write and post our job adverts across our many partner job boards;
- Source, approach and engage top talent and build a strong candidate pool;
- Pre-screen candidates, conduct HR interviews, and assess skills and soft skills;
- Track recruitment progress for Metz and Strasbourg, ensuring data quality in the ATS;
- Take part in campus activities, job fairs and afterworks, and support new hire onboarding.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in business school or human resources;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Passionate about recruitment, curious and proactive;
- First experience in an IT services company (ESN) or in the IT sector;
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and managers;
- Able to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Proficient with recruitment tools: ATS, job boards, LinkedIn.
