Gather and challenge hiring needs with managers, then write and post our job ads across our many partner job boards (no time lost thanks to automation via our ATS);
Identify, approach and engage top candidates (LinkedIn, CV databases, schools, employee referrals) and build a strong talent pool;
Pre-screen candidates, conduct HR interviews, assess technical skills and soft skills, then present profiles to hiring managers and ensure follow-up;
Track the progress of recruitments in Metz and Strasbourg, ensure data quality in the ATS and contribute to weekly recruitment meetings;
Participate in campus activities, job fairs and after-work events, and support onboarding of new hires.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in business, human resources or equivalent;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
Passionate about recruitment, curious and proactive;
Prior experience in an ESN (IT services company) or in the IT sector;
Comfortable communicating with candidates and hiring managers;
Able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines;
Proficient with recruitment tools: ATS, job boards, LinkedIn.
