Manage multiple high-volume Promotional and Print projects (up to $2MM annually)
Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and alignment with gross profit goals
Oversee full order lifecycle—from sourcing and quoting to delivery—while maintaining accurate records in ERP systems
Gather order specifications, obtain competitive quotes from preferred vendors, and manage vendor relationships while tracking production schedules to ensure cost efficiency and on-time delivery
Collaborate across internal teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective fulfillment
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Manage logistics, inventory, and eCommerce platforms, including client stores and workflows
Ensure compliance with internal systems, processes, supplier invoicing, and work-in-progress (WIP) management, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service
Support the team, business goals, and broader organizational initiatives by performing additional related duties as needed
Requirements
5+ years of experience in project management or client-facing roles
3+ years specifically in print and promotional products
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and ERP systems
Deep knowledge of product categories including print, direct mail, branded merchandise, and vendor management
Experience with Microsoft Business Central
Skilled in full order lifecycle management, inventory tracking, and sourcing
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with internal teams as needed
