Role Overview
- Conduct and oversee advanced title research.
- Collaborate effectively with examiners, agents, and customers to resolve complex examining issues.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior examiners to support their professional growth.
- Serve as a liaison between examiners, underwriting, and title agents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and timely issue resolution.
- Assist with light underwriting tasks as needed.
- Manage multiple open items simultaneously while maintaining clear, professional communication.
Requirements
- 10 years Florida title examination experience.
- Metes and bounds legal description mapping and knowledge of Florida real property law (probate, foreclosure, etc).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in complex title scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Underwriting exposure or experience is a plus.
