Role Overview
Develop and implement the B2B SaaS sales strategy
Identify new market opportunities and build relationships
Manage the full sales cycle
Build and mentor the sales team
Analyze sales data and forecasting to enable predictable growth
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
2+ years leading or building a sales team
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales cycles
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Fluent in German and English; experience in the DACH region is a strong plus
