Develop, manage, and optimize social media job postings and paid recruitment ads to maximize reach and engagement.
Produce engaging recruitment-related content (ad copy, visuals, captions, messaging) tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
Screen and evaluate applications to identify suitable candidates based on project requirements.
Move candidates efficiently through the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, clear communication, and strong conversion rates.
Work closely with other Sourcing Specialists, the Sourcing Manager, and the Sourcing Director to align on strategy, priorities, and performance targets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics within the recruitment system.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, platform updates, and emerging digital tools to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
Handle multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and performance goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably within a crowdsourcing, high-volume, or digital recruitment environment.
Experience running or supporting social media recruitment campaigns and paid ads.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging job ads and recruitment marketing content.
Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools) are a plus.
Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment marketing trends, talent sourcing strategies, and digital engagement techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
