Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies for all Embera Collection properties.
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok that highlights our commitment to sustainability, local culture, and the unique experiences at each of our locations.
Monitor and analyze social media performance and metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams to create digital campaigns that support special initiatives, promotions, and sustainability projects.
Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with the content creation team to produce high-quality visuals and videos that align with Embera's brand voice.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility and bookings.
Support the ongoing development and optimization of the Embera Collection website and other online platforms.
Coordinate monthly visits to Saboga Lodge and Kootejas locations to gather content, develop stories, and connect with the properties firsthand.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media to ensure Embera’s digital presence remains competitive.
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media management
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry, sustainability practices, and eco-tourism is a plus.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Experience creating and managing content for digital channels
Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut or similar)
Ability to create engaging and high-quality visual content
