About this role
Role Overview
- The Apprenticeship Program at FCCI is designed for recent high school graduates from local Sarasota and Manatee schools
- Apprentices will work 20-25 hours per week at our Sarasota home office while maintaining school full time
- Apprentices will have the opportunity to gain exposure to different roles and departments, which will broaden their knowledge and skillset.
- This program will begin in late summer 2026.
Requirements
- Manatee or Sarasota County high school senior graduating in May of 2026
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgement and decision-making.
