Requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace: Advanced familiarity and use of core tools, such as document and presentation formatting, and complex formulas and operations in spreadsheets.
Assertive communication: Communication skills and application of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in daily work.
Teamwork: Ability to carry out tasks collaboratively, divide responsibilities, and align with others to reach final solutions.
Organization: Time management to complete tasks and personal organization of files and documents required for the job.
Creativity and proactivity: Proposing ideas for assigned tasks, investing in self-development, and actively sharing knowledge with team members.
Strong command of standard Portuguese.
