Degree or vocational training in IT or construction (civil engineering) or equivalent practical experience
Enthusiasm for AI: active use of AI tools in daily work and a willingness to rethink traditional workflows
Comprehensive product knowledge across the M365 ecosystem and experience with Microsoft collaboration solutions as well as delivering Microsoft projects
Extensive experience with Microsoft SharePoint
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Familiarity with or experience in the construction industry
