Continuously analyze trends and developments in AI and data and translate them into technology strategies for HICO and our clients
Establish/expand an AI competence center and promote an innovation culture and AI expertise across the company

Several years of experience as a consultant in sales/pre-sales
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in AI, machine learning and generative models, including practical experience applying AI models and algorithms such as OpenAI
University degree in Data Science, Business Informatics or a related field
Programming skills in Python, Java, C#, Node.js or a similar language
At least one year of experience developing AI strategies and solutions
We value a flair for creative problem solving and the ability to present complex topics clearly
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Very good German and English skills (minimum B2+/C1)
Residence in Southern Germany or willingness to relocate to Southern Germany
