Support mapping and redesign of internal processes;
Collect, organize and analyze operational data to support identification of improvement opportunities;
Create and keep process documentation up to date (flows, procedures, work instructions);
Support the implementation of improvements and monitor performance indicators;
Contribute to the development of dashboards and management reports;
Participate in meetings with user areas to gather information and present proposals;
Conduct site visits to manufacturing units to gather and validate information on-site.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
Experience in mapping and creating processes (administrative and operational);
Knowledge of process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, Bizagi, Draw.io, etc.);
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis;
Preferred: knowledge or experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.) and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
