Map processes (conduct interviews, prepare evidence reports)
Create and formalize flowcharts (AS-IS | TO-BE)
Standardize and monitor processes
Identify risks and controls
Support the creation and review of standards, policies and procedures
Support management activities (governance, presentations, reports and reporting)
Help promote a culture of process improvement

Bachelor’s degree: Administration, Engineering, Production Management or related fields
Desirable experience and knowledge in back-office processes (Purchasing, Master Data, HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
Experience with BPMN tools (Bizagi, Visio or similar)
Knowledge of Protheus/TOTVS ERP modules is a plus
Proactive and willing to participate in interviews and discovery meetings
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Energetic and able to work under pressure
Excellent analytical skills with a strong sense of priorities
Teamwork and collaborative mindset
