Support load leveling across various work centers and proactively manage material shortages.
Create and release work orders in SAP to ensure production continuity.
Support the execution of detailed scheduling and rigorously monitor adherence to the production plan.
Actively participate in daily and weekly production planning and release follow-up meetings.
Perform various analyses and develop and run performance reports.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Logistics and/or equivalent studies/experience.
Knowledge of core Supply Chain principles, including MPS/MRP concepts and inventory management.
Business or financial mathematics.
Familiarity with SAP (or other ERP system).
Bilingual (French & English): the incumbent will need to collaborate with suppliers and/or clients located outside the province of Quebec.
Highly autonomous with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
