About this role

Capacity management: Support load-leveling across different work centers and proactively manage material shortages.
SAP execution: Release work orders in SAP to ensure production continuity.
Scheduling: Support the execution of detailed scheduling and rigorously monitor adherence to the production plan.
Coordination: Actively participate in daily and weekly production plan and release follow-up meetings.
Performance analysis: Perform various analyses and create and run performance reports.

Knowledge of core supply chain principles, including MPS/MRP concepts and inventory management.
Highly autonomous with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent prioritization and time-management skills.
Positive attitude toward change and ability to innovate.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP system).
Bilingual (French & English): the role will require collaboration with suppliers and/or customers located outside the province of Quebec.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and Logistics and/or equivalent studies/experience.
