Advise and influence hiring managers in sourcing talent for their teams
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
Represent the company at recruiting events to attract top industry talent
Maintain an active network of potential candidates for current and future needs
Establish partnerships with external organizations to diversify candidate attraction channels
Contribute to the improvement and standardization of recruitment-related processes
Foster a positive candidate experience and support the evolution of the employer brand

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
5 to 7 years of recruitment experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
Creative thinker with curiosity about new trends
Familiarity with various recruitment platforms
Sourcing experience and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (asset)
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively while meeting deadlines
Strong planning skills and a focus on process optimization
Autonomy, flexibility, initiative, and rigor
Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrates initiative and creativity in problem-solving
Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint (Intranet)
CRHA designation considered an asset
