Build and lead the TechOps team; ensure alignment with company objectives and foster collaboration between IT, DevOps, and Cloud teams.
Develop and implement new processes to increase efficiency, including establishing and leading a specialized support team.
Monitor technical and operational processes in compliance with best practices and industry standards (process monitoring).
Continuously optimize workflows through automation and manage 24/7 cloud support and after-implementation services.
Responsible for the department budget and achieving revenue targets through technical services and cloud solutions.
Work closely with project management to ensure smooth technical implementations in customer projects.
Support the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales phases and act as the primary contact for customer escalations and SLA management.
Oversee security measures and ensure compliance requirements for the entire cloud infrastructure.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience with complex technical systems and cloud infrastructures.
Proven track record in leading teams and managing technical departments.
Solid experience in process optimization and automation (DevOps mindset).
Strong business acumen with experience in budget and revenue management.
Strong decision-making skills and a high degree of customer orientation.
Confident handling of IT security standards and compliance regulations.
Fluent communication in German and English (both required).
