Ensuring people practices actively enable Multiview’s business strategy, not simply support it.
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and the leadership team, using data and insight to drive better business outcomes.
Support the translation of business strategy into clear people priorities, capability requirements, and workforce plans.
Lead the intentional design and rollout of a high performance operating culture.
Own and continuously evolve Multiview’s people strategy, ensuring alignment with annual operating plans and long term growth plans.
Lead, coach, and develop the Human Resources team to operate as trusted business partners.

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent experience/certification.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years leading HR in a growing organization.
Strong knowledge of Canadian provincial employment legislation; US employment knowledge is an asset.
Exceptional communication skills across diverse groups.
High attention to detail.
Experience representing an organization internally and externally in alignment with values and culture.
Demonstrated success building HR teams and fostering cultures of development and progression.
Experience with HRIS tools and implementing relevant new technologies.
Highest standards of discretion, confidentiality and ethical conduct.
