Requirements
Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably with a focus on government contracts and IT consulting.
Strong knowledge of the technology sector and hiring specifics for government projects.
Experience with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing/hunting, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Advanced proficiency with recruitment and applicant tracking tools.
Advanced Excel skills for data management, reporting, and analysis.
Solid knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize large volumes of work, stay organized, and work under tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Previous experience in organizations that work with the public sector.
Knowledge of government contract management systems.
