In face-to-face meetings you conduct a needs analysis, present suitable solutions, and win over new customers with clear argumentation.
You prepare tailored offers and negotiate through to a successful close.
Management of existing customers
You actively maintain existing customer relationships, develop them strategically, and strengthen the partnership with targeted measures.
You identify additional potential, promote cross
and upselling opportunities, and ensure high satisfaction among our trade partners.
On-site product and application demonstrations
You demonstrate our solutions directly in practical use—e.g., on construction sites, in workshops, or at specialist retailers.
Professional conduct in daily sales operations
You independently structure your sales week, keep track of your KPIs, and derive the right actions from your results.
You record all important customer information, visit reports, offer statuses and opportunities in a structured way in our CRM system.
Requirements
Experience in sales, ideally in new customer acquisition or technical field sales
Enjoyment of hands-on work and technical understanding – ideally initial exposure to construction technology, trade crafts or surveying
Valid Class B driving licence and willingness to be on the road daily in the field
Empathy, strong closing skills and the ability to excite trade partners and end users about products and solutions
Initiative, ambition and discipline – you work independently, are resilient and don’t let a ‘no’ put you off course
Strong communication skills and business-fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
Result orientation and motivation to exceed targets and celebrate successes.
