Travel across the EMEA region to customer sites to perform primarily planned activities, including on-site installation and preventive maintenance.
Record your activities promptly and accurately.
Document work performed and follow standard operating procedures.
Provide continuous feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement and alignment with objectives.
Complete assigned training courses and pass the end-of-program performance and skills review.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with Thermo Fisher Scientific colleagues and customers to ensure the highest level of customer experience.
Fully commit to and comply with company policies, including all position-specific health and safety laws and procedures.
Requirements
Completed technical vocational training in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, or a comparable qualification (e.g., certified technician or master craftsman).
Recent graduates (within the last 24 months) or candidates expected to graduate before the program start date are preferred.
Able to obtain and hold a valid passport and travel frequently across the EMEA region (up to 80% as required).
Must have a valid driver's license (Class B).
IT proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office environments.
Good written and spoken English and German.
Interest in technology with motivation to develop skills and knowledge in service engineering.
Attention to detail, with good hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity for precision mechanical work.
