Role Overview
- Management of litigation case portfolios
- Preparation of procedural filings of medium to high complexity
- Attending hearings, judicial case management conferences (despachos), and delivering oral arguments
- Updating case reports and clients' internal systems
Requirements
- Active membership with OAB/RJ (Brazilian Bar Association
- Rio de Janeiro)
- Minimum of 2 years since obtaining a Law degree
- Experience in a law firm in civil litigation
- Experience managing case portfolios involving civil and corporate matters
- Good communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work with agility and a strong sense of urgency
