Drafting legal opinions in corporate contracts and real estate law;
Conducting legal doctrine and case law research;
Reviewing contracts and documents to support legal strategies;
Supporting real estate transactions (acquisition, disposition, leasing and development/incorporation, among others);
Assisting with real estate due diligence, including title searches, chain of ownership, encumbrances, zoning and environmental compliance;
Managing deadlines, controlling document flow and monitoring transaction timelines.

Active OAB/RJ bar registration
2–3 years since graduating with a law degree
Previous experience at a law firm and in contracts and real estate practice
Proactive attitude
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clarity and objectivity
Postgraduate degree in Commercial Contracts and Real Estate and/or related fields
