Act as the owner of the vision, strategy, and prioritization for the digital products under your responsibility, with a focus on corporate portals and productivity solutions;
Lead the Product Discovery and Delivery processes, ensuring alignment between business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility;
Be responsible for building and maintaining the product backlog, defining the roadmap, tracking product metrics, and coordinating with stakeholders across different areas.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for digital products;
Experience managing a backlog, defining a roadmap, and value-driven prioritization;
Experience working closely with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams (engineering, design, and business);
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and Product Discovery practices;
Experience working with product metrics, business indicators, and making data-driven decisions;
Specialization in Product Management;
Experience in medium to high-complexity corporate environments;
Ability to structure OKRs and monitor results.
