Serve as a lead driver in accelerating Smiles' growth, aligning product marketing strategy, go-to-market execution, promotional campaigns and data-driven performance, with a focus on revenue generation, customer acquisition, engagement and retention;
Plan, execute and optimize growth marketing strategies across the entire funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion and retention);
Work hands-on analyzing performance by channel (CRM, digital media, app, website, partnerships);
Monitor KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rate and churn;
Act as the marketing focal point for Smiles' products and verticals;
Translate product attributes, benefits and differentiators into clear value propositions;
Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Pricing, CRM and Data teams;
Support the development of usage
and value-oriented narratives and messaging;
Lead go-to-market plans;
Define target audiences, positioning, channels and key messages;
Coordinate deliverables with internal teams and external partners;
Ensure consistency between strategy, execution and results;
Plan and execute strategic promotional campaigns;
Analyze post-campaign results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree;
Advanced or fluent English;
Advanced or fluent Spanish (preferred);
Experience in Growth Marketing;
Solid background in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing and Product Marketing;
Practical knowledge of go-to-market strategies, product launches and integrated campaigns;
Strong analytical skills and command of marketing and growth metrics;
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, segmentation and personalization;
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and growth frameworks;
Ability to work with data, dashboards and performance analyses;
Experience in digital environments, e-commerce, marketplaces or service platforms is a plus;
Knowledge of loyalty, fintech, travel or subscription markets is desirable.
