Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in tax preparation, public accounting, or tax compliance.
Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and laws.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts understandably.
