Role Overview
Build a nationwide network of independent real estate agents
Identify potential partner agents across Germany
Conduct needs and objectives analyses in introductory conversations with agents
Guide the process from the initial video call through contract signing
Take on regional responsibility and ownership within the sales cycle
Develop creative approaches to identify and engage agents
Use learning days for personal development
Requirements
Completed training or degree in sales, recruiting, human resources, real estate, or a related field
Some practical experience in the industry, recruiting, active sourcing, or sales is a plus
Initial experience conducting video calls
Open-minded with strong communication skills
Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Fluent German (spoken and written); good English skills are an advantage
