Pre-screening & initial contact: You contact prospective candidates (by phone/digitally), answer initial questions and assess whether our offering fits their goals.
Qualification: You evaluate, using clear criteria, whether applicants meet the requirements for our courses and available funding (e.g., government training voucher/Bildungsgutschein).
Applicant management: You guide the process from the first inquiry through handover to our senior consultants and ensure that no information is lost.
Data quality & tools: You maintain our CRM system and learn how to keep digital sales pipelines well organized.
Support & research: You support the team with administrative tasks, communication with employment agencies, and research into new sales opportunities.
Requirements
You are enrolled as a regular student at a university.
Enjoy communicating: You like interacting with people, have no fear of the telephone, and can adapt empathetically to different conversation partners.
Digital affinity: You feel at home in the digital world.
Tools: Working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) is no problem for you; initial experience with a CRM is a plus but not required.
Working style: You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner. You proactively take responsibility and don’t just wait for instructions.
Language: You speak and write German at an excellent level (C2/native), as the role involves substantial written and telephone contact.
