Work as a key member of the North America Pole Services commercial & operations (ITR) teams in support of achieving the multi-year service agreements (CSA and MMP) business lines objectives
Manage the proposal and contract generation, support the Product Specialist during contract negotiation
Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop competitive, risk-balanced proposals, ensuring compliance with Policy 5.0 and other business standards
Contribute directly to the development of commercial strategy, negotiation planning, and process improvement initiatives
Support the transition from ITO to OTR and further fostering a culture of Lean thinking
Understand risk to achieving the business objectives and support mitigation strategies during the Policy 5.0 deal underwriting process
Collaborate with MYA Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Operations teams, leading the commercial (ITO) process for highly complex MYA renegotiation, renewal and new Multi Year Agreements (CSA and MMP)
Drive commercial and technical scope definition, pricing, risk assessment, and solution development
Actively participate in commercial and technical meetings and discussions with customers
Coordinate and lead the Regional/Sub-Regional/Deal Team Policy 5.0 deal underwriting review process
Requirements
Graduate Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline from an accredited university or college
Min. 2 years of Commercial and/or Contract Performance Manager (CPM) experience with complex gas turbine, aero, steam turbine and generator service solutions in the Power Generation and/or Energy Industry
Experience across Multi-Year Contractual (MYA) and Transactional Services business models
Proven ability to manage complex deals involving cross‑functional and matrixed teams
Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Strategic business mindset with solid understanding of financials, long‑term contracts, and MYA accounting
Proficiency in financial analysis tools to model scenarios and drive informed deal decisions
Strong business acumen, including the ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations
Excellent oral, written, and technical/commercial communication skills, including contract reading and writing
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with deal teams and influence outcomes
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to quickly build trust and credibility
High level of integrity and ethical judgment in all decisions, communications, and actions
