At least 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales within the last 5 years
A strong drive to achieve exceptional results and the commitment and skill to back it up
Passion for calling and interacting with customers
Motivated and strong communication skills
Enjoys their work
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
