Drive the creative and strategic execution of branded content projects with local media outlets and partners.
Lead the strategy and execution of the brands' social channels, including community management, creative responses, and social listening.
Support the strategy and execution of branded content projects with creators, celebrities, and influencers.
Support event amplification strategy and execution, overseeing high-visibility materials and assets for brand activations.
Support on
and off-trade teams and external agencies with POS materials and assets, ensuring ATL and BTL integration.
Collaborate with other marketing acceleration areas, leading strategic planning and creative localization of global campaigns, leveraging local opportunities.
Ensure regional and global alignment of The Mix LATAM operation with key stakeholders, maintaining consistency with objectives, KPIs, and the global brand model.
Support the Content Excellence LATAM process, ensuring efficient asset deployment, sharing of best practices, and alignment with prerequisites.
Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role within creative studios, agencies, or in-house teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to operate across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience in creative strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
Experience managing budgets and optimizing resources.
Familiarity with relevant creative tools and software.
Advanced English.
